Clean You Can See. Care You Can Feel.
PRIVACY POLICY
How Tampa Cleaning Pro Services handles information when you request a cleaning, use your account, or choose to connect Google Calendar.
Effective date: October 29, 2026
Information we collect
When you ask for services
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, service address, property details, preferred dates, cleaning preferences, instructions, and information you include in a quote request or message.
When you use the customer or team portal
We may process account identifiers, login-related information, profile details, scheduling and job records, Home Manual details, contact preferences, communications, and the invoices or service records associated with an authorized account.
Photos and videos
If you choose to send pictures or videos for a quote or cleaning job, we use them to understand the work requested, coordinate services, and document job requirements. Please avoid uploading government identification, payment card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Website and technical data
Our hosting, security, and analytics providers may receive limited technical data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, page requests, and security logs, as needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use information
Providing cleaning services
We use information to respond to inquiries, estimate and schedule cleanings, coordinate staff, give cleaners the job details they need, manage property-specific instructions, and provide customer support.
Managing accounts and payments
We use account and transaction records for authentication, invitations, password recovery, quotes, invoices, billing administration, and appropriate business recordkeeping.
Service communications
We may send requested or service-related emails, appointment confirmations, changes, reminders, and other operational notices. If optional SMS reminders are enabled, they will be used for service coordination; carrier messaging and data rates may apply.
Safety, security, and improvement
We use data to protect accounts, prevent abuse or duplicate requests, troubleshoot errors, improve the reliability of the platform, and comply with applicable law.
Google sign-in and optional Calendar connection
Signing in with Google
When you select Google sign-in, we use information Google provides for authentication, such as your verified email address, name, and account identifier. Choosing Google login does not by itself give us permission to access Google Calendar.
Connecting Google Calendar
Calendar connection is optional. If you authorize it, we request access to your calendar list and calendar events to let you select calendars, create or update cleaning appointment events, and maintain synchronization of appointments you are authorized to manage or view. Access is limited by the permissions you grant and the role assigned to your platform account.
Google data protections
We do not use information obtained from Google APIs for advertising, sell it to data brokers, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. We disclose Google user data only as necessary to provide the requested functionality, to authorized service providers under appropriate protections, when required by law, or with your direction or consent. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting Google
You may disconnect an authorized calendar connection in your account where that control is available, or revoke the app’s access in your Google Account permissions. Revoking access stops new sync requests after existing credentials become invalid; copies of already-created appointment records may remain in the cleaning platform for legitimate service and recordkeeping purposes.
Who receives information
Authorized people
Administrators and assigned cleaners receive information needed for their duties. Clients are intended to see only their own appointments, account details, and authorized records; staff-only operational information is kept separate.
Service providers
We use third-party services as needed to host the website, authenticate accounts, store operational data, deliver email or messages, coordinate calendars, and administer customer records. These may include Netlify, Supabase, Google, and our business management platform, Rivora Finance.
No sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, address security incidents, protect rights and property, or carry out services you request.
Storage, security, and retention
Access protection
We use access restrictions, account authentication, and private storage controls designed to limit unnecessary access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use strong passwords and do not share account access with others.
Photos and videos
Media uploaded to the dedicated private cleaning inquiry and portal buckets is subject to a configured automatic 35-day retention schedule. Other images, documents, backups, invoices, and operational records may follow different retention periods as needed for providing services, security, and recordkeeping.
Account and service records
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for services, recordkeeping, legal obligations, legitimate security needs, and dispute resolution. To ask about a particular record or request deletion, contact us using the details below.
Your choices and requests
Review, corrections, and deletion
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you. We will review requests and respond as required by applicable law, subject to identity verification and legitimate record-retention needs.
Communications
You can ask us to update your contact preferences or stop optional promotional communications. Important messages about bookings, accounts, or security may still be sent as needed.
Google permissions
You can choose not to connect Google Calendar and can revoke Google account permissions separately from your cleaning account.
Children and third-party sites
Intended audience
Our services and online accounts are intended for adults managing residential or business cleaning. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.
External websites
Our website may link to Google, payment, mapping, social media, or other outside services. Their own privacy notices apply when you use their websites or platforms.
