Who these terms cover
These Terms of Service govern use of tampacleaningproservices.com, related booking tools, and the Tampa Cleaning Pro Services customer, cleaner, and administrative portal. Use of the website and portal is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Service arrangements
A quote request is not a confirmed appointment or a guarantee of price. Actual cleaning scope, scheduling, availability, and charges are established through our communications, accepted quotes, and any applicable service agreement.
Booking and service expectations
Accurate details
Provide accurate contact details, property access information, service requests, and reasonable notice of special instructions or changes. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in forms or uploaded media.
Property access and safe conditions
Provide a reasonably safe work environment and clear access instructions for scheduled service. You are responsible for ensuring authorized access to the property and notifying us about hazards, fragile items, pets, or special requirements.
Changes to scope
Additional tasks, unusual conditions, or changes to the requested scope may require an updated quote or agreement before work proceeds.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and payments
Existing cleaning policies remain in effect
Our published Cleaning Policies govern applicable cancellations, rescheduling, lockouts, payment timing, and late fees. Those policies are incorporated here by reference and are available at /policies/.
Current cancellation policy
Cancellations less than 48 hours before an appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled cleaning total. Same-day cancellations and inability to access the property upon arrival are treated as same-day cancellations and may incur the full scheduled amount, as described on our Cleaning Policies page.
Payment and invoice questions
Payment arrangements, due dates, and any late fees follow your accepted service terms and our published Cleaning Policies. Contact us before your appointment if you need to discuss an exception or disputed charge.
Portal accounts, roles, and access
Account responsibility
Keep your credentials private, maintain accurate account information, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity. You are responsible for activity carried out through an account you control, subject to applicable law.
Permissions
Admins, cleaners, and customers receive different levels of access based on their verified identity and assigned role. You must not access another person’s records, share another person’s property instructions, or attempt to bypass account protections.
Invitations and account changes
Portal access may require an invitation or verification. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention, operational reasons, or compliance with law.
Calendars, notifications, and integrations
Appointments and calendar tools
Calendar views and optional Google Calendar or subscription features are scheduling conveniences. You should verify appointment details with Tampa Cleaning Pro Services when a calendar conflict, connectivity failure, or discrepancy occurs.
Calendar permission
Linking an outside calendar is optional and subject to that provider’s authorization process and terms. Revoking permission may stop automatic synchronization without cancelling an already-confirmed cleaning appointment.
Service communications
By providing current contact information, you authorize operational communications related to your inquiries and service requests. Optional text reminders may require additional consent where applicable; you may contact us to change communication preferences.
Customer-submitted materials and Home Manuals
Authorized submissions
You may submit service-relevant photos, instructions, preferences, access information, and related materials when you have the right to provide them. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or another person’s private information without proper authorization.
Limited permission to use materials
You allow Tampa Cleaning Pro Services to use the submitted materials to prepare quotes, provide cleaning services, coordinate assigned staff, maintain records, and operate the portal. You retain any ownership rights you have in your content.
Confidential property details
Door codes, access instructions, and other sensitive Home Manual details are meant only for authorized personnel involved in service delivery. Users must not distribute that information outside its authorized purpose.
Permitted use and ownership
Using the website
Do not interfere with our website, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity, extract other users’ data, or misuse the booking and messaging functions.
Site materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s design, brand materials, text, and other original content belong to Tampa Cleaning Pro Services or its licensors. You may view them for personal, noncommercial purposes but may not republish them without permission.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Availability
We work to keep the website and portal available, but may perform maintenance, correct errors, or temporarily limit functionality. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of external services such as Google or third-party providers.
Professional services
Service performance, quality concerns, property damage, and other cleaning-related claims should be raised promptly with our team so we can review the facts and applicable service agreement.
Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts non-waivable consumer rights.

We may update these online terms as our services develop. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date, and any required notice or consent will be provided under applicable law.
